Roles & Responsibilities

The responsibilities given to you is a function of your keenness & eagerness to work hard. The more enthusiasm you show the more is your potential to grow within the organization. Broadly, your responsibilities would include: 

  1. Managing the end to end user experience i.e. on-boarding the candidate, helping them through the entire process, answering their queries, scheduling interview for them etc.
  2. To connect with the candidate through various means (call, email, whatsapp) and follow up with them to ensure their profile is completely filled in
  3. To work with account managers on a daily basis with regard to interview scheduling and coordination

Desired Skills:

  • Good communication skills (fluency + articulation in english/hindi both)
  • Enjoy speaking to people
  • Good english/email writing skills
  • Strong work ethics + integrity
  • Freshers or 0 to 1 yrs of experience

Started in Feb 2014, Delhi-based TalentPad is an online marketplace for high quality talent, operating in the large online recruitment market in India. Started by three IIT alumni, it’s a second generation platform which plans to flip the current recruitment process on it’s head. Interview Process:

  1. Step 1: Introductory interaction on call/Skype or can be in person
  2. Step 2: Detailed interaction in person with the functional/business manager

TalentPad connects top candidates with employers in the technology/internet/analytics space; primarily for two functions - product management and technology. It is a second generation platform which flips the current recruitment practice on its head, by giving more power to job-seekers and letting employers make the first move in the search for high quality talent. The companies get to access a ready pool of about 100 highly qualified and pre-screened candidates every month, thus reducing their time to hire and increasing their quality of hire. In a short span of 8 months, TalentPad has over 150 companies on board spread across sectors like e-commerce, online media, mobile, enterprise SaaS and online education.
