HR Head (Core Team Member)

We're looking for the BEST and only the best. Compensation is NO BAR for a person who has a proven experience being a HR generalist in a similar set up like ours i.e. a fast growing tech startup, and is willing to take a whole lot of responsibilities.

Roles and responsibilities

1. Recruiting: Manage and own recruiting end to end at TalentPad

  • Brainstorm with founding team on quarterly and monthly recruiting needs
  • Create JDs for all open positions
  • Manage job posting across online recruitment portals, social media
  • Identify top-talent across different open positions, sell the company vision to them and get them to apply
  • Setup interviews, conduct screening interviews as required
  • Follow-up post interview for closures, offer communication and acceptance
  • On-boarding of hired employees

2. Payroll: Setup and manage the payroll systems

3. Appraisals: Setup a process for employee appraisals

4. Culture: Create weekly and monthly pulse checks, help the founding team build the right culture

5. Team Building: To build and hire your team to manage the HR function

Started in Feb 2014, Delhi-based TalentPad is an online marketplace for high quality talent, operating in the large online recruitment market in India. Started by three IIT alumni, it’s a second generation platform which plans to flip the current recruitment process on it’s head. It gives more power to the job-seekers and lets employers make the first move in search for high quality talent.

TalentPad connects top candidates with employers in the technology/internet/analytics space; primarily for two functions - product management and technology.
