Data Strategy and Governance

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for managing financial and reporting data across the organization.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for financial and reporting data.

Define and enforce data governance policies, including data security, quality, and access protocols.

Data Management and Quality

Oversee the collection, storage, and maintenance of financial and reporting data.

Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of financial and reporting data through rigorous quality control measures.

Implement systems for data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.

Systems and Technology

Manage financial and reporting data platforms, including data integrations from various sources and tools.

Lead the selection, implementation, and integration of financial data technologies.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

Lead and mentor a team of financial data analysts.

Foster collaboration between finance, data, and other departments (e.g., marketing, product) to align data initiatives with business objectives.

Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Core Requirements

Proven experience in a leadership role within Finance and Data, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Strong technical expertise in Data Warehousing technologies, including BigQuery, and proficiency with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and Looker.

Experience with advanced data technologies, such as AI, machine learning, and big data analytics.

At least basic knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS, SOX compliance).

Leadership and project management skills to oversee cross-functional initiatives.

Salary Range

Starting salary from - 5000 Eur/Gross per month. We are ready to discuss the salary according to your experience.
