Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure a positive customer experience by providing outstanding service and support.
• Document all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system accurately.
• Assist clients with software installations, configurations, and updates.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Educate clients on product features and provide guidance on best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and a strong proficiency in English.
• Previous experience in IT support or a similar technical role is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with common operating systems, software applications, and remote support tools.
• Experience in technology sectors such as IT or telecommunications is a plus.
