Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding technical support to French-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing prompt and professional service.
• Document and track support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Assist clients with software installations, configurations, and updates.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate and solve complex technical challenges.
• Educate clients on product features and best practices to enhance their user experience.

Requirements

• Fluent in French and a strong command of English.
• Previous experience in IT support or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment as well as cooperate within a team.
• Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and remote support tools.
• Keen interest in technology and a desire to help clients achieve their goals.
