Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support in French for subscription-related inquiries
• Assist customers with account setup, billing questions, and service changes
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective resolutions
• Educate customers on subscription features and benefits
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service operations

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with subscription-based services is a plus
• Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a customer-focused mindset
