Your Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding fashion and apparel inquiries.
- Assist customers with order processing, product information, and issue resolution.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Document customer inquiries accurately to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales and service targets.
- Participate in training to stay informed about current fashion trends and company products.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated within your application.
- A passion for fashion and excellent customer service skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
