Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking users via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with technical questions, inquiries, and feedback regarding online educational products.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during all interactions with customers.
• Accurately document customer interactions and solutions to improve service quality.
• Collaborate effectively with the education team to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about product changes and customer service best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated.
• A strong interest in online education and technology.
• Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
