• Promotes Agility both as a framework and mindset
• Collaborates in managing backlogs and ensures new requests are in line with Definition of Ready
• Ensures deliverables are compliant with quality standards, according to Avaloq Definition of Done
• Supports the Domain Lead in managing the Domain Backlog
• Facilitates internal communication and effective collaboration between Teams, Domains and Divisions
• Ensures the Development Team is having regular Planning, Review,  Retrospective, ... meetings as required by the chosen Agile framework (Scrum/Kanban/other...)

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred
• Certified scrum master, SAFe preferred
• Functional Knowledge of the Avaloq Banking System is highly preferred
• 3+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role
• Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions
• Leadership and management experience
• Excellent people and project management skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
