We are seeking a Product Manager / Product Owner who can help tackle challenges and increase customer impact by defining and working with development teams to build key features, and working across teams and functions at Altoros to successfully get the products to market and in the hands of clients.


Some of your typical tasks:

  • Facilitate projects in order to achieve the objectives based on the experience in the SCRUM Framework.
  • Lead Scrum team through Agile methodology
  • Support the development team to achieve objectives within the agreed time frame
  • Solve impediments or problems of the operation by training the team through the agile methodology
  • Track and present product deliverables based on the roadmap accurately, ensuring compliance with dates.
  • Scrum ceremony management.
  • Management to distribute the times of each project
  • Actively participate in strengthening the scrum values of the teams
  • Create the needed documentation of the project
  • Make meetings more effective, using agile methodologies
  • Ability to work in a demanding fast-paced environment where critical deadlines need to be met

Requirements

  • Proven working experience in large and complex software based development system in an Scaled-Agile context (such as Scaled Agile Framework or others frameworks)
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development so as to be able to liaise the development process with the different domains of system engineering (Design, Integration & Qualification, operations, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of up-to-date software development practices
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Change management skills to support internal and external changes to act as coach when needed
  • Understanding of complex environments in order to perform needed customization
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • You should be an excellent communicator, team player, and have a problem-solving attitude
  • Requires the use of English as the official program language
  • To be eligible for a security clearance
