We are looking for DevOps Lead for Bengaluru-based projects for a large-scale project. This is a long term contract role with a global IT service leader.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in designing and maintaining high volume and Devops Skills (On-premises ) Strong (Financial domain good to have) 
• Should be able to containerize (Docker / Kubernetes) enterprise java applications. 
• Knowledge of Java Virtual Machines, Apache Tomcat, Nginx, Apache Kafka, Microservices architecture, Caching mechanisms Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration and Python/Shell Scripting CI/CD pipeline implementation: Maven/Gradle, TeamCity, Jenkins, GitLab, Nexus, Puppet, Chef Networking, Information Security experience Monitoring tools like Zabbix, Cloud Watch Monitoring, Nagios IBM MQ Strong programming skills 
• Excellent analytical skills Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always up, always available service 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, judgment and decision making skills 
• Experience in enterprise application development, maintenance and operations.
