Operations Lead

TLDR

Lead a customer-focused operations team to enhance service delivery while implementing process improvements in collaboration with design and technology teams.

We are looking for motivated and experienced Operation leaders to deliver an amazing experience to our valuable customers.

 

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Team Building
  • Lead Operations closely in line with design and technology team.
  • Communications with pickers, delivery people, and customers
  • Solving day-to-day issues.

Job includes:
  • Orientation for new team members and grabbers

  • Encourage positive work environment

  • Lead the team and set standards

  • Order fulfillment efficiency improvement

  • Act quickly and respond to shopper or customer issues

  • Brainstorm new process improvements with design and technology team leads.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 year plus customer service or sales experience
  • Strong motivational and leadership skills
  • Ability to deliver customer service that exceeds customer needs
  • The job requires a lot of standing and walking in most cases inside the hypermarkets.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills; organisation, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Should be able to communicate clearly in proper English. Arabic is an added advantage.
