DevOps Lead

At Freshdesk, we are looking for someone who can lead the DevOps Team. 

Responsibilities include : 

• Setting up our NOC team and manage them
• Automating the Operation tasks
• Working with engineering team to make informed decisions
• Working with support team to make there life easy by providing tools to search logs etc
• Working with monitoring products like splunk, Newrelic.
• To make the overall operations simple and reliable
• Implementing the security measures
• Tools to troubleshoot production issues
• Taking care of our DB architecture like replication, maintenance of shards etc

What you should have ?

• 7+ years working in operations
• Experience in working on highly scalable apps
• Experience in troubleshooting the production issues
• Experience in setting up teams and managing them
• Ruby
• Chef
• Unix/ Shell scripting
• Mysql 
• Amazon web services is a plus
