Undone Japan isn't a watch company anymore. We're a cross-culture fandom platform — built on a decade of Made-in-Japan craft, now expanding into collaborative merch, IRL drops and events, and gamified experiences that turn collectors into cast members. The watches are still the soul: customizable, crafted in Japan, engineered for the Gen Z revival of heritage culture. But the platform is the play — fusing lifestyle, anime IP, motorsport (yes, we're collaborating with Williams Racing and Dandadan), and Japanese craftsmanship into one operating system for fandom.
