We are looking for a driven and experienced Operations Lead to join our team and help us achieve operational excellence.
As Operations Lead, you will oversee high-impact projects and optimize day-to-day operations to ensure the business is set up for scale and driving efficiencies where possible. This role requires a strategic thinker who can understand a problem, research and collaborate with key stakeholders to determine possible solutions, agree with fellow stakeholders to select the appropriate option and then assist with the project implementation/ resolution.
You will require strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and improve operational processes. You will have a proven track record in operations, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage stakeholders to drive change and innovation.
How You Will Spend your Time
Oversee and manage key cross-functional projects, providing guidance and support to all stakeholders, streamlining processes and enhancing cross-functional communication
Monitor and analyze KPI’s to identify problems and/ or areas for improvement and propose operational changes to improve
Conduct market research, summarise results and present findings and proposals for teams to consider
Create and execute initiatives to help solve problems identified, focusing on top priority items, focus on top priorities and goals
Communicate with and manage senior stakeholders during the planning, delivery and post-deployment stages
Assist, direct manager and broader Operations teams in delivering projects on an ad-hoc basis required to scale
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence within the operations team
About You
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field
5-10 years of proven experience in an operations or a similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
