[CN/SZ] Senior Executive, Account Management

We seek a proactive, strategic-minded professional with 2+ years of experience managing YouTube/MCN accounts (personal or professional) and a deep understanding of digital video ecosystems. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships with creators, designing growth strategies (content optimization, monetization, analytics), and staying ahead of trends across platforms like YouTube, Douyin, Weibo, and more.

 

What You'll Do

  • Actively support clients/partners and online influencers in developing strategic plans to accelerate organic growth and revenue on YouTube.
  • Build and nurture professional relationships with YouTube creators, delivering exceptional guidance, support, and service.
  • Design and implement growth strategies (e.g., global content programming, channel optimization, analytics, branding, monetization) to expand audience reach and engagement.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with creators to ensure strategy execution and provide ongoing feedback.
  • Stay updated on YouTube trends, competitor platforms (Weibo, Douyin, Kuaishou, etc.), and global video/audio content trends.
  • Proactively communicate initiatives, organize workshops/share sessions, and report progress to leadership.
  • Develop resources (documentation, marketing materials, videos) to support creator success.
  • Monitor KPIs, maintain records, and analyze data to refine strategies.

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing YouTube/MCN accounts (personal or professional).
  • YouTube certifications (Music, Content Rights, Monetization) are highly preferred.
  • Expertise in digital video production, channel optimization, and analytics.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and content strategy skills.
  • Proficiency in Office/Google Suite (Word, Excel) and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (written and verbal).
  • Self-motivated team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience with Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, Douyin, Kuaishou, or Xigua Video platforms.
  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese, Korean, or Thai.
