Mellon Technologies seeks to hire a Business Process Outsourcing Consultant

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Consultant to lead client acquisition and business development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying organizations that require outsourcing solutions, developing strong business relationships, and delivering tailored proposals that align with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients seeking to outsource key business functions
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive lead generation and client acquisition
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Conduct market research to assess industry trends and client outsourcing needs
  • Present customized outsourcing solutions and value propositions to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service alignment and delivery
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and service agreements
  • Monitor sales performance, track business development metrics, and provide regular reports

Requirements

  • Proven experience in BPO sales, business development, or consulting
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze business processes and propose outsourcing solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • In-depth knowledge of outsourcing industry trends and best practices
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
