Responsibilities

• Offer specialized consultations to Nordic-speaking clients focusing on search engine optimization and overall digital marketing strategies.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to clients' search engine accounts and campaigns.
• Analyze client objectives and provide tailored recommendations to improve their search engine performance.
• Educate clients on best practices and functionalities of search engine tools to maximize their effectiveness.
• Document client interactions and feedback to continuously enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay informed on the latest trends in digital marketing and advancements in search engine technology.

Requirements

• Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is essential; knowledge of English is also required.
• Experience in customer service, consulting, or digital marketing is preferred.
• Solid understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) along with knowledge of pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights for clients.
• Commitment to helping clients achieve their digital marketing goals.
• Familiarity with relevant digital tools and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and embrace a new cultural experience.
