Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support and advice to German-speaking clients about travel services and tourism options.
• Assist clients in creating personalized itineraries tailored to their interests and needs.
• Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with travel partners and other teams to facilitate seamless travel experiences for clients.
• Stay informed on trends in tourism and local attractions to provide knowledgeable insights to clients.
• Develop strong relationships with clients to promote satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English is required; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field, ideally in the tourism sector.
• Excellent communication skills, with an aptitude for problem-solving and active listening.
• Ability to handle multiple client requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with computer systems and customer service tools.
• A genuine interest in travel and a desire to help clients have positive experiences.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
