We are seeking an experienced Zuora Billing Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of subscription billing solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Accountabilities:

• Lead the architecture and configuration of Zuora Billing solutions to support global subscription, usage, and recurring revenue models.
• Collaborate with Finance, Business Operations, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient Zuora configurations.
• Own end-to-end solution design, including product catalog setup, subscription lifecycle management, usage rating, invoicing, and integrations.
• Ensure Zuora designs align with business process changes, compliance requirements, and data security standards.
• Provide technical leadership in planning, estimating, delivering, and testing Zuora enhancements and upgrades.
• Define and enforce best practices for configuration, data migration, and integration with ERP, CRM, and middleware platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex billing issues and coordinate with business teams and vendor support for resolution.
• Mentor junior team members and document technical designs and operational run books.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora Billing as a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of subscription billing models, usage-based pricing, and Zuora configuration capabilities.
• Experience designing and implementing rate plans, workflows, custom objects, and APIs.
• Familiarity with integrations to ERP (e.g., SAP), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft).
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, compliant technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with complex business processes.
• Proactive, collaborative attitude with the ability to manage high-pressure situations.
• Bonus: Zuora certifications, experience with Zuora Revenue (RevPro), and knowledge of financial systems, tax, and compliance.
