1. SELECT ZONE OFFER PRODUCTS & SERVICES FOR A SUSTAINABLE OFFER

  • Strategic Analysis: Evaluate product positioning by aligning commercial goals with environmental strategy (Turnover, Circular TO, CO2 impact, and Brand Image).
  • Market & Consumer Insights: Summarize Zone market trends and integrate changing behaviors (trade-in, second-life, repair, rental) into the offer.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Co-analyze competitor trends to maintain regional relevance.
  • Business Planning: Co-build a 2-year business plan (Tactic Y+2) integrating circular economy principles and sustainable commercial tactics.
  • Omnichannel Selection: Partner with Online teams and suppliers (AMI/SRB) to curate offers that respect Quality requirements (OIB).
  • Sustainability Standards: Ensure all selections contribute to environmental respect through Eco-Conception and CO2 assessment data.

2. SECURE THE ALIGNMENT OF THE ECONOMIC FRAMEWORK

  • Business Plan Validation: Validate the $Y+3$ Business Plan at the family level and write demand tactics aligned with the sport's strategy.
  • Range Costing: Build and validate the number of products selected per range in connection with the Category Manager.
  • Stock Piloting: Initialize turnover targets and define target inventory levels (stock norms) aligned with operational tactics.
  • Activity Piloting: Analyze demand reporting and decide on action plans to achieve zone objectives.

3. PILOT & ENSURE THE RELIABILITY OF SALES FORECASTS

  • Tactical Forecasting: Forecast sales quantities at the super-model level for a 2-year horizon.
  • Pre-Season Preparation: Forecast quantities during Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and validate selections for the upcoming season.
  • Lifecycle Management: Analyze and adjust sales forecasts in-season through the end of the product's life cycle.
  • Alignment: Guarantee strict consistency between economic piloting and sales forecasting.

4. ENSURE RELIABLE PURCHASE PLANNING

  • Tactical Estimates: Estimate 2-year purchase forecasts based on new business models (wholesale, rental, etc.) and industrial capacity.
  • Purchase Parameters: Calculate RFQ quantities, adjust in-season purchase parameters (MRP), and communicate via S&OE tracking.
  • Network Implantation: Create implantation orders based on the specific tactic for your perimeter.
  • Agility: Manage purchases throughout the season, adapting to "TOP/FLOP" decisions from supply and commercial teams.

5. MANAGE PRICING

  • Price Definition: Set target contract prices based on Recommended Retail Prices (RRP) at the RFQ stage.
  • Margin Management: Implement the sport’s markup policy and define selling prices in line with area pricing policies.
  • Dynamic Adjustments: Manage purchase price modifications and propose RRP or markdown (CPD) changes during the season.

6. MANAGE STOCK DISTRIBUTION PARAMETERS

  • Dispatch Tactics: Collaborate with the ZDP to ensure distribution alignment with demand tactics.
  • Logistics & Merchandising: Define global logistics parameters (UOM) and store stock parameters (minimum merchandising, IQ) during the selection process.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Hard Skills:

  • Strategy: Economic framework & Selection validation.
  • Supply Chain: Sales/Purchase Forecast management, S&OP Process, and Stock Distribution.
  • Business: Sport’s business piloting, Price Management, and Demand tactics.
  • Innovation: ZMP Sustainability, Continuous Improvement, and Generative AI.
  • Language: English Proficiency (B2).
