We are looking for an experienced Zonal Head – Sales to lead our Mutual Fund business in Gurgaon and Bengaluru. This is a strategic role
responsible for driving AUM growth, expanding distribution networks, and strengthening relationships with key partners across the region.
Role Objective:
The Zonal Sales Head will be responsible for driving mutual fund AUM growth and market penetration across the assigned zone by leading channel partners and distribution sales. The role involves building strong distributor relationships, expanding the partner network, executing sales strategies, and ensuring achievement of revenue, AUM, and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities

Channel & Distribution Sales Leadership
- Own AUM, gross sales, net sales, and SIP targets for the zone
- Develop and execute zonal sales strategies aligned with national
- business goals
- Ensure strong pipeline management and conversion discipline

Distributor & Partner Relationship Management
- Build long-term strategic relationships with top distributors and key accounts
- Identify and onboard new high-potential distributors and IFAs
- Drive distributor engagement programs, training sessions, and product awareness initiatives
- Act as an escalation point for key partner issues

Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify growth opportunities in underpenetrated cities and new investor segments.
- Promote SIP, long-term investing, and solution-based selling
- Support the launch and promotion of new products and campaigns
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine strategy
