We’re looking for a Product Designer with 3–5 years of experience who can translate user needs and business goals into intuitive and engaging product experiences. As part of the design team, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to craft thoughtful interfaces that delight users and drive results.
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new and existing features.
Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, user needs, and technical constraints.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Iterate designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and data.
Ensure consistency in design systems and maintain visual standards.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
Keep up with the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve our products.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, UX Design, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in product design, demonstrated by a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered solutions and measurable impact. Experience working in agile,fast-paced environments, ideally in startups or fintech companies.
Advanced proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Suite, along with a solid understanding of interaction design and information architecture.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
