YouTube Video Editor (Full-Time, Remote - South America)

We are looking for a full-time YouTube Video Editor based in South America to join our remote content team.

You will work on a fast-growing YouTube channel with 45K+ subscribers and a 16K+ member community. Our content focuses on AI tools, vibe coding, AI agents, automation, AI websites, and AI apps.

About the Content

Our videos are primarily explainer-style tutorials, featuring head-talking demonstrations of AI tools. Each video typically includes:

• Camera footage of the creator
  
  
• Screen recordings showing tools in action
  
  
• Animations and visual explanations/effects
  
  

Examples of topics include using tools like Claude Code, Google AI Studio, and building AI-powered websites and apps.

Videos are typically:

• 8–12 minutes final length
  
  
• 20–30 minutes raw footage
  
  

Because we use a teleprompter, the raw footage is already very clean and requires minimal cutting. 

Team Structure

You will join a small remote team of 5–10 people, including:

• Scriptwriters
• Content creator
• Editors
• Thumbnail designers
• Project managers
  
  

Workflow (Time Zone Optimized)

Our production process is designed around global time zones:

1. Asia – Scriptwriter writes the script
2. Europe – Script is reviewed and recorded by the creator
3. South America (your role) – You edit the video once the footage is uploaded
   
   

When the creator uploads the files (camera + screen recordings), your workday begins.

You will have roughly 8–9 hours to edit the video, including:

• Cutting mistakes
• Matching camera footage with screen recordings
• Adding animations and vfx (we have ai tools for creating animations, feel free to check out our existing content also).
  
  

The final video is uploaded to Frame.io, where the content manager in Asia reviews it.

This workflow allows us to publish videos faster by working across time zones.

Tools We Use

• Premiere Pro / Final Cut / After Effects (or similar)
• Frame.io
• Remotion (we have a paid plan)
• Higgsfield Vibe Motion (we have a paid plan)
  

If you can create custom animations & vfx thats a big plus.

Requirements

• Experienced YouTube video editor
• Strong sense of pacing and storytelling
• Comfortable editing tutorial/explainer content
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Ability to get a full video done in 8/9 hours 
• Work full-time for our company 

• 4/5 videos a week
