Soccer Stars of South Austin is growing, and we’re looking for energetic, positive, kid‑focused coaches to join our team. If you love soccer, enjoy working with children, and want a job that’s active, meaningful, and fun, this is the perfect opportunity.
As a Youth Soccer Coach, you’ll lead engaging sessions for children ages 2–10+, helping them build foundational soccer skills, confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong love of movement. We provide a proven curriculum, ongoing training, and a supportive coaching community — you bring the enthusiasm and heart.
Hourly pay starting between $18-$25/hour
Hours: 9:00am - 11:30am, 2:00pm - 4:30pm M-F
Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Lead high‑energy soccer sessions that follow our curriculum and coaching philosophy
- Teach age‑appropriate skills to small groups of children ages 2–10
- Create a positive, encouraging, and safe environment where every child feels successful
- Manage groups of up to 15 players with confidence and clarity
- Communicate with parents and program staff in a friendly, professional manner
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
- Ensure all safety guidelines and program standards are followed
What We’re Looking For

- Excellent communication and people skills
- Patience, adaptability, and a positive coaching style
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability, morning and afternoons
- Degree in education, kinesiology, or a related field is a plus, but not required
