Role Overview
- This is a new in-house position to reduce reliance on external consultants
- Will handle first-line support for Yardi questions across the company
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as primary resource for all Yardi questions company-wide
- Resolve issues directly when possible, or escalate to Yardi support or external consultants
- Monitor trends and proactively address training needs and process improvements
- Handle recurring scheduled duties including monthly rent charges and period closings
- Manage communications through the platform
- Support annual rent registrations
- Handle property onboardings and off-boardings, including loading prior ledger balances, rent rolls, setting up units and unit types
- Develop strategies to better leverage the platform and improve daily operations
Requirements
Technical Requirements
- Strong Yardi experience required
- New York Yardi experience would be highly beneficial (considered a "cherry on top") due to New York's unique requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Yardi experience.
- We understand Yardi has many modules; we’re not looking for a “complete expert,” but for someone solid who can continue learning on the job.
