Our ambition is clear: become the first AI-first bank for every company in the region. The Program Onboarding & Immersion Begin with a deep dive into Xepelin's culture, strategy, and Way of Working. Gain essential context on the business and the real challenge you'll tackle. Hands-On Projects Drive high-impact initiatives and strategic challenges embedded within one of our core teams. Leadership Touchpoints Regular sessions with senior leaders to align priorities, unblock obstacles, and sharpen your strategic thinking. Mentorship & Feedback Receive dedicated guidance on structuring insights, validating hypotheses, and delivering measurable outcomes. First-year MBA students from top-tier business schools

Advanced proficiency in Spanish

4+ years of experience in investment banking, strategic consulting, private equity, venture capital, or high-growth Start-Up/Scale-Up environments

Ability to dive deep into complex details and formulate clear strategies

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to solve complex business problems

Results-oriented approach combined with genuine curiosity and adaptability

Proven ability to collaborate across multiple functional teams
