Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Manage and maintain workplace systems, including computers, printers, and telecommunication devices.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance.
  • Monitor and respond to service tickets in a timely manner, ensuring quality resolution.
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of workplace security policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address workplace technology needs.
  • Conduct regular assessments of workplace technology requirements and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the healthcare industry.
