We are looking for a high-energy, culture-obsessed, and detail-loving Workplace Manager to join our Operations team in Atlanta.

As a Workplace Manager in JFrog you will...

  • Make the Swamp thrive by ensuring our physical space is productive, polished, and unmistakably JFrog, reflecting our unique culture as we scale.
  • Run seamless daily operations, driving the "behind-the-scenes" engine of catering, vendor management, supplies, and front desk coordination to make excellence look effortless.
  • Act as the go-to problem solver, providing a capable point of contact for property management, vendor hiccups, space logistics, and daily solutions-focused support.
  • Build unforgettable Swamp Life by designing high-impact experiences—from shared meals, memorable events, to local volunteering—that strengthen our culture and spark true belonging.
  • Lead with "Froggy" Spirit, modeling our CODEX values in every interaction and guiding the local Operations team with mutual trust and shared accountability.
  • Managing the Swamp budget with precision while maintaining 100% compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and thoughtful resource planning

To be a Workplace Manager in JFrog you need...

  • 5+ years of experience in workplace management, facilities, or a high-growth operational role (onsite presence 5 days a week is required).
  • A proven track record of "Vibe Curation" and event strategy, with the ability to elevate culture through creative and structured execution.
  • An operationally-elite mindset, characterized by high organization, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a "customer-happiness" approach to supporting internal teams and managing external vendors.
  • Financial and resource stewardship, with experience managing operational budgets and coordinating complex facility logistics.
  • Technical proficiency in modern office tools, including G-Suite, Slack, and workplace ticketing systems.

WHAT JFROG CAN OFFER…

  • At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
  • This position has a base salary range between $100,000 to $120,000.  Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
  • This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU).  In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
  • JFrog provides employees comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, wellness and much more!
  • This role is in our Atlanta Swamp and requires on-site presence 5 days a week.
