You will join our growing IT Workplace team to support Prague tech hub expansion as well as our existing Berlin office in all infrastructure, software, hardware and networking matters.
Your main scope will be:
Support in managing global IT operations and ensuring system reliability, security, and performance.
Assist in maintaining and administering on-premises and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), including Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
Help manage identity and access management platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra, Okta) and MDM tools (e.g., Intune, Jamf).
Provide first- and second-line technical support for incidents and service requests, escalating complex issues as needed.
Participate in routine maintenance tasks, system updates, and troubleshooting activities.
Support network operations, including configuration and monitoring of switches, access points, firewalls, and VPNs.
Assist in maintaining IT compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, and internal security policies through documentation, asset tracking, and system audits.
Contribute to automation efforts using scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python) and DevOps tools (Git, Docker, Jenkins).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to support IT infrastructure projects and service improvements.
Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides to support knowledge sharing and consistency.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose improvements for efficiency and security.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure management.
Basic understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Familiarity with identity and access management tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra, Okta, or Atlassian).
Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows system administration.
Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, and firewalls.
Exposure to DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Git, Docker, Jenkins).
Awareness of IT security and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.
Self-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
