This role features a hybrid work arrangement, with four days in the office to promote collaboration, build strong connections, and enhance team engagement. The Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager is responsible for developing and executing WHS strategies to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and a strong safety culture across VetPartners. Reporting to the HR Director and accountable to the Governance Committee, this role oversees the WHS Management System, workers’ compensation, return-to-work programs, and insurance policies. The WHS Manager also monitors WHS-related financials, provides board reporting, and collaborates with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in workplace safety.
