Workplace Experience Specialist

TLDR

Serve as the welcoming face of Flink, managing the office environment and supporting team culture while overseeing a variety of administrative duties.

  • Be the welcoming face of Flink, greeting all employees, candidates, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Own the office environment, ensuring our workspace is always pristine, fully stocked, and running like a well-oiled machine.
  • Manage all front-desk activities, including mail, deliveries, and guest registration, ensuring security and efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all office-related needs, from coordinating with vendors and building management to troubleshooting facility issues.
  • Champion our company culture by planning and executing engaging office events, team-building activities, and celebrations.
  • Support the People & Culture team with new hire onboarding, ensuring a fantastic day-one experience for every new Flinker.
  • Provide administrative support across the organization, helping our teams stay focused and productive.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, such as Office Management, Front Desk/Reception, Hospitality, or Community Management, preferably in a fast-paced tech or startup environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; you're approachable, articulate, and professional.
  • Talent for multitasking and prioritizing, with outstanding organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset—you anticipate needs and take initiative to get things done without constant supervision.
  • A genuine passion for people and for building a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Proficiency with workplace tools like Google Workspace (G-Suite) and Slack.
  • Fluency in German & English is essential.
