Workplace Experience & Office Manager

⭐ We are looking for a proactive Office Manager in Paris!

⭐ About the team:

As the Office Manager, you will report directly to the VP of People.

You will be part of the DataDome People team, made up of 6 people who are dedicated to maintain and develop a Culture of Excellence: attracting the best talent, hiring great people, onboarding future BotBusters and ensuring their support, experience, engagement and growth in our company.

The People Team is responsible for supporting more than 190 Botbusters!

👉 You will be more specifically in charge of things like:

Workplace Experience

  • Develop and implement initiatives to foster employee well-being, satisfaction, and engagement in line with our core values: #WeCare, #WeAimHigh, #WeInnovateFast, #WeAreCommitted.
  • Organize DataDome’s offsite events and team-building activities (both online and in-person) to enhance our community culture and promote inclusivity.
  • Serve as the champion for creating a positive, supportive, and inclusive workplace environment across all locations.

Office Operations Management

  • Ensure the office environment in Paris, Singapore, and New York is pleasant, welcoming, and conducive to productivity.
  • Oversee facility management, including coordinating repairs, planning office layouts, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage the office budget, including handling and negotiating contracts with providers and suppliers.
  • Act as the go-to person for resolving office-related issues efficiently and effectively.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Support the People team and other departments with onboarding processes, team events, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Greet and assist employees and visitors onsite, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported.
  • Foster strong communication and alignment between our global offices to ensure consistent processes and a cohesive culture.

Supplier and Vendor Management

  • Handle supplier contracts, negotiate competitive terms, and maintain positive relationships with vendors.
  • Continuously assess and improve supplier agreements to optimize value and service quality.

👤 What we look for:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience as an Office manager or equivalent position
  • You are able to adapt to a fast growing environment
  • You are able to build strong relationships with the team based on confidentiality and trust
  • You have outstanding communication, interpersonal skills and Emotional Intelligence
  • You are fluent in French and English.
  • You are creative, hands-on, organised and also data-driven
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest and implement improvement
  • Autonomous - you take extreme ownership over your work
