Role Summary:

Workplace Experience Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily office operations, facilities management, and workplace experience. This entry-level position ensures the office runs smoothly by assisting with administrative tasks, maintaining office supplies, coordinating vendors, and providing general support to employees.

What you will do:

Office Support & Administration:

  • Assist in maintaining a well-organized and functional office environment.
  • Manage office supplies, restocking as needed and keeping inventory updated.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Support meeting room setups, office events, and general office organization.
  • Support in managing senior leadership calendars, meetings, and logistics.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives to help keep the organization moving forward.

Facilities & Workplace Support:

  • Help coordinate office maintenance and repairs by working with vendors and building management.
  • Ensure communal areas (kitchen, conference rooms, etc.) are clean, stocked, and well-maintained.
  • Assist with seating assignments, desk setups, and workstation requests.
  • Support safety initiatives, including emergency preparedness and badge access management.

Employee Support & Experience:

  • Greet visitors, assist with office-related requests, and provide a welcoming environment.
  • Help coordinate onboarding for new employees by setting up desks and providing office resources.
  • Work with the team on workplace experience initiatives to improve employee satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in office support, facilities, administration, or a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; ability to take initiative and problem-solve.
  • Tech: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic office management tools.
  • Soft Skills: Friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Bonus: Interest in office operations, facilities, or workplace experience.

Candidates must be able to work on-site in our Austin office five days per week.

Base salary is $41,000-60,000 annually.  Individual pay is based on factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, location, and other job-related reasons.
