Shape the Workplace Experience at Front Row

Are you passionate about creating exceptional workplace experiences and seamless operational processes? Front Row Germany is looking for a Workplace and Event Manager (f/m/d) who will play a central role in shaping how Front Row brings people together: through events, a well-run workplace environment, and efficient operational coordination. You’ll own and execute event initiatives, support leadership, and keep our office running smoothly so teams can do their best work.

You’ll be working in Hamburg - either full-time or part-time (min 80%).

While we operate in a hybrid working model, this role requires a higher level of on-site presence in our Hamburg office to ensure smooth coordination of events, office operations, and workplace-related activities.

How would you spend your time if you join us?

Event Management

• You own the planning and execution of internal and external events (ranging from company celebrations and management offsites to client events, networking formats, and workshops)
• You ensure smooth event delivery by managing venue research, budgets, timelines, guest management, service providers, and on-site operations

Operational Project Management & Leadership Support

• You serve as a key operational interface between leadership, internal teams, external vendors, and building management
• You support leadership by ensuring a structured execution of administrative projects that impact the broader team
• You keep multiple operational topics on track at the same time and ensure quality, structure, and reliability in execution

Workplace & Office Operations

• You take ownership of office and facility management topics, including workplace asset procurement, office access, parking coordination, and liaison with landlords or building management
• You help create a professional, welcoming, and well-organized workplace experience for employees, clients, and guests
• You coordinate all relevant setup topics such as spaces, catering, furniture, equipment, IT alignment, and internal communication materials

Requirements

Who Are You?

• You have relevant experience in event management, facility management, project coordination, and operational or leadership support
• You work in a structured, detail-oriented, and reliable way, including in dynamic or fast-changing situations
• You bring strong organizational skills and feel comfortable keeping multiple workstreams aligned
• You take a hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented approach and enjoy moving ideas into action
• You feel confident coordinating different stakeholders and independently prioritizing tasks
• You bring a service-oriented mindset and enjoy contributing to an environment where others can do their best work
• You feel comfortable working in a digital environment and adapting to new tools and processes
• You communicate clearly and effectively in both German and English, in writing and in conversation
