Working Student - Talent Acquisition

TLDR

Support recruitment processes through candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, and enhancing candidate experiences in a dynamic and innovative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding

Screen CVs and assist in shortlisting candidates

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers

Communicate with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience

Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Assist in sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms

Prepare reports and recruitment data analysis

Provide administrative support to the People Operations and Talent Acquisition team

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a university program (e.g., HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field)

Fluent in English

Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Ability to work flexibly across different tasks and priorities
