Working Student - Solution Consultant (m/f/d)

Now as we grow, we are searching for a new Working Student to join the Solution Consultant department in our Munich business unit. This person will collaborate closely with the go-to-market (GTM) teams. Your projects involve working directly with the RevOps team lead and the Business Intelligence Analyst.

What you'll do
- Support the presales team by improving and automating key go-to-market and deal support processes
- Leverage AI agents and automation technologies to make presales operations more scalable and efficient
- Build and maintain demo environments, including technical integrations and materials for prospects and clients
- Contribute to client-facing and internal AI projects (LLMs, prompting, AI agents, and emerging technologies)
- Partner with sales, post-sales, and cross-functional teams to understand technical needs and translate them into practical solutions
- Support tender and proposal responses
- Continuously develop, refine, and optimize processes and workflows
What we’re looking for
- Currently pursuing a technical degree (IT, Computer Science, or similar)
- Basic experience with programming (preferably Python)
- Strong interest in LLMs, AI agents, automation, and emerging technologies
- A fast learner who enjoys problem-solving and improving processes
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to execute using available tools
- Curiosity about how technology can enhance presales and sales processes
- Fluent in English (C1/C2 level preferred). French is a plus
- Availability to support us for up to 20 hours per week
