Working Student - Sales Operations

TLDR

Support the Sales Operations Team in using SAP and Salesforce, manage administrative tasks, and contribute to various international projects within a collaborative environment.

We are seeking a motivated student to support our Sales Operations Team based in our Munich headquarter. Sales Operations is a very international department and as part of the team, you will outside of your focus region, have the opportunity to work with different territories and you will learn how to use SAP and Salesforce in order to support with the sales and administrative processes.

You will be responsible for:

  • Book, update and review orders with SAP
  • Supporting with administrative tasks and projects
  • Keep our Salesforce database up-to-date
  • Follow-up on internal reports
  • Study in a technical, business or similar field
  • Fluent in English, other languages are welcomed
  • Availability for +12 months
  • Demonstrating strong organizational, administrative and prioritization skills
  • Multitasking, working diligently and with attention to detail
  • Service oriented
