Our Key Account Management team manages the ABOUT YOU fashion marketplace. This includes negotiating terms, handling operational processes like partner invoicing, managing marketing and sales campaigns, and optimizing the product ranges of external partners. Within the Account Management team, we oversee all relevant business metrics and steer the marketplace business using various reports, analyses, and forecasts.
As part of our team, you will manage growth and cooperation projects and internationalize existing key accounts. We strategically develop and lead these key accounts across various collaboration models. Additionally, we align the assortment strategies of our brand portfolio and work on advancing the logistics solutions for our innovative Fulfillment by ABOUT YOU model, while negotiating commercial terms.

As a Working Student in Project Management & Key Account Management (m/f/d), you will support our Account Managers in the operational management of our partners and take on independent responsibility for smaller accounts. In your role, you will be an integral part of projects that are central to our business area, actively shaping the future of our e-commerce business.

Responsibilities:

• Support Account Managers with administrative tasks in daily operations
• Communicate with partners and manage partner-related organizational tasks
• Undertake business development projects on a partner level
• Internationalize existing key accounts
• Assist with assortment analysis and reporting tasks
• Coordinate and maintain supplier and product master data

Requirements

• Currently studying business administration, economics, or a similar field
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with partners
• Independent thinking and initiative
• Flexibility, a sense of responsibility, and enthusiasm
• Detail-oriented, structured, and self-reliant work style
• Advantageous: initial experience with online marketplaces or fashion e-commerce
