What to expect
- Support Product Managers with operational and organizational tasks
- Help implement and maintain Product Management processes, templates, and best practices
- Create, structure, and maintain product documentation (e.g., Confluence)
- Support the rollout and optimization of PM tools (e.g., Jira, Product Discovery, Roadmapping tools)
- Prepare presentations, reports, and decision documents for internal stakeholders
- Assist with backlog organization, data analysis, and basic product discovery activities
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and other teams as part of a cross-functional setup
Your profile in short
- Enrolled student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field
- First experience with software development, IT, or technical systems (e.g., studies, internships, side projects)
- Strong interest in Product Management and digital products
- Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
- Comfortable working with tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel/Google Sheets (or eager to learn)
- Very good communication skills in English
