Working Student Pricing - Outlet (m/f/d)

The Pricing Team is responsible for analyzing and defining the selling and clearance prices for the entire assortment at ABOUT YOU Outlet. We manage our product ranges using KPI-driven pricing strategies and continuously work on improving all pricing processes and tools. We regularly prepare time-series forecasts and analyses and ensure optimal price setting and price optimization. Our goal is to offer all items in the online shop at competitive and attractive prices for our customers — and that’s where we need you!

As a Working Student Pricing - Outlet  (m/f/d), you will support the analysis and management of selling prices across the full ABOUT YOU Outlet assortment. You will also be involved in broader pricing topics such as refining pricing steering of different assortments. 

Responsibilities

• Support operational price steering  based on internal planning KPIs and competitive positioning
• Support updating prices on website using our ecommerce platform [SCAYLE]
• Contribute to identifying and developing new creative ideas or projects that strengthen our pricing approach
• Prepare reports to monitor performance KPIs
• Run simple analyses to evaluate or prepare steering decisions 
• Support A/B tests on pricing setups and quantify the impact of different discount types on ABOUT YOU Outlet’s performance

Requirements

• Ongoing studies in Economics, Business Administration, or another quantitatively oriented field
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in SQL or similar languages
• Solid MS Office skills (especially Excel)
• Strong analytical mindset and solid understanding of numbers
• A proactive, reliable personality suited for a fast-paced scale-up environment
• Quick comprehension skills and a structured way of working
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• First experience in pricing, controlling, or analytics is a plus
