At Meshmerize, we build the invisible networks that keep moving machines connected. Our software powers reliable communication between robots, drones, and autonomous vehicles and systems that need to coordinate in real time without ever losing connection.
Today, Meshmerize networks are already deployed across Europe, enabling thousands of robots in factories, warehouses, and outdoor environments. Our technology is also helping build drone swarms, fleets that can move and collaborate as one.
We’re a small, international team based in Dresden, driven by curiosity and a love for solving hard problems that make autonomy more reliable.
We’re looking for a working student (SHK / Werkstudent*in) to support our marketing and communication efforts.
You’ll help us tell the story of what we do - making complex, technical topics understandable and exciting to the right audiences.
You’ll be involved in:
Creating content for our website, LinkedIn, and newsletters: posts, visuals, and short stories about our work, projects, and technology.
Helping structure and improve our online presence (website updates, SEO, content organization).
Supporting product marketing: writing case studies, short explainers, or helping with visuals that explain what Meshmerize does.
Working with the founders and engineering team to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible messages.
Assisting in preparing materials for events, conferences, and investors.
You’re enrolled in university (Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Informatics, or a related field).
You’re genuinely interested in technology - not afraid to ask “how does this actually work?”
You write clearly and enjoy explaining ideas.
You’re organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
You have a good sense for visual or written storytelling.
You’re fluent in English (German is a plus but not required).
Experience with tools like Canva, Webflow, or LinkedIn marketing is helpful, but not a must - curiosity and initiative count more.
Work directly with the founders of a deep-tech startup and learn how technology-driven products are communicated and marketed.
Flexible working hours and hybrid work (on-site in Dresden or remote within Germany).
Real responsibility and room to experiment.
A small, motivated team where your work will actually make an impact.
If you’re a student who enjoys combining creativity with technology - and wants to learn marketing that’s about substance, not buzzwords - we’d love to hear from you.
Send us a short note about why you’re interested, along with your CV (and optionally, a sample of something you’ve written or created).
