Working Student (m/f/d) Corporate Social Responsibility - Private Labels

The ABOUT YOU Private Labels Sustainability team works on reducing the human rights and environmental impacts of the fashion collections under the ABOUT YOU brands. The role will be based in Berlin where we manage, design and develop our own collections to meet current market trends.

We set and implement product-relevant sustainability standards, covering materials, production processes, human rights and due diligence, while working closely with the brand teams and global suppliers. Together, we apply these standards consistently, track key initiatives, meet legal requirements, and develop roadmaps to embed sustainability across Private Labels operations.

We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) – Corporate Social Responsibility to support our team on human rights topics. If you’re detail-oriented, resourceful, and have a strong interest in ethical responsibility in global fashion production, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

• Support in the day-to-day operations and implementation of the social responsibility strategy for our Private Labels
• Support in building new processes for ethical sourcing and the continuous improvement of our supply chain social performance
• Support in increasing supply chain transparency and traceability for our production
• Market research in human rights, social engagement initiatives and relevant global developments
• Regular communication with international suppliers and internal teams
• Prepare presentations, guidelines and training for internal teams and suppliers
• Data management of supplier databases and internal systems
• Support in data analysis and reporting processes

Requirements:

• Ongoing studies in business administration, sustainability, fashion management or similar disciplines with content related to the role
• Demonstrated interest in ethical business, social responsibility and human rights in fashion supply chains
• Practical experience or vocational training is an advantage
• Good analytical skills
• An orderly and structured way of working
• A quick grasp and a high degree of reliability and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Strong knowledge of Office tools (Google Sheets and Slides) and the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new web-based tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Having a high level of motivation and being a team player
