Consulting Management is looking for dedicated support to help us stay on track with deadlines, drive growth initiatives, and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. We are seeking a working student who can actively monitor ongoing topics, support us in preparing presentations, and keep momentum high across various projects.
This role combines elements of project coordination and executive assistance, offering a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, gain deep insights into consulting operations, and contribute directly to the success of a high-performing team.
The Assistant to the Leadership Team will focus on three core areas:
1. Project and Initiative Coordination
Track Tasks: Maintain a centralized dashboard of the Leadership Team's key strategic initiatives and tasks, track milestones, deadlines, and dependencies across departments.
Supporting Materials: Assist in the preparation, formatting, and distribution of confidential documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and board sessions.
Research: Conduct research on initiatives as requested, summarizing findings into concise, actionable briefs.
2. Executive Administrative Support
Meeting Management: Manage complex calendars for consulting management leaders, scheduling internal and external meetings, and managing conflicts with discretion.
Documentation: Attend key strategy meetings to accurately capture high-level decisions, action items, and next steps, ensuring accountability follow-up.
Communication Drafts: Draft and edit internal communications, memos, and emails on behalf of the leadership team, ensuring professional quality and alignment with company voice.
Travel and Logistics: Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and detailed itineraries for the consulting management leaders.
Support the extended leadership team in additional initiatives and responsibilities.
3. Cross-Departmental Liaison
Act as the primary point of contact between the Consulting Management Team and extended leadership team for information gathering and alignment requests.
Manage confidential files and proprietary data with the utmost discretion and adherence to company policies.
Assist in planning and executing internal company events, off-sites, and executive team social gatherings.
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Management, Technology, Communications, Finance).
Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise professional judgment.
Prior experience in an office environment, volunteer leadership, or project coordination role is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proven editing and drafting abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
