Working Student – Legal (f/m/x)

TLDR

Support the international legal department by assisting with operational tasks, contract management, and collaboration with Legal Counsels in a fast-growing e-mobility company.

Your mission

As a Working Student in our Legal team, you will support our international legal department with a variety of operational and organizational tasks. In this role, you will gain valuable insights into the legal work of a fast-growing company in the e-mobility sector and collaborate closely with our Legal Counsels as well as other internal teams.

This position is based in Munich and requires you to be located in the Munich area.

Your responsibilities will include, among others:

  • Supporting our international legal department in day-to-day operations

  • Drafting, maintaining, and updating contract templates

  • Assisting with the review and preparation of legal matters from various business areas

  • Contributing to contract management activities, such as organizing, filing, and maintaining contract documentation

  • Supporting the legal team with administrative tasks

  • Collaborating with internal teams and assisting our Legal Counsels with ongoing projects

Your profile

  • Currently enrolled law student, ideally in the later stages of your studies

  • Strong interest in gaining practical experience in the legal department of an international company

  • Reliable, careful, and well-structured way of working

  • Self-driven with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills

  • Good written and spoken English skills (English is our working language)

  • Based in the Munich area and able to work from our Munich office
