Support the innovation team in executing Proof of Concepts, coordinating stakeholders, and improving processes while gaining hands-on experience in startup collaboration.
TL;DR
Help us make PoCs happen. As a working student at GlassDollar, you’ll support our innovation team with hands-on tasks around startup collaborations—so ideas don’t stay in slides but turn into real business outcomes. You’ll be based in Berlin (50% remote), working 15–20h/week. German fluency is a must.

Your Background You’re currently studying in one of these or similar fields: Industrial Engineering, IT, Business Administration, Innovation or Entrepreneurship. We’re open to other related studies if you can show a strong interest in innovation, startups, or corporate strategy.

Support PoC execution - draft scopes, coordinate NDAs, organize schedules, review startup solutions
