Working Student - Healthcare Sales

We are currently searching for an additional Healthcare Sales Working Student to support our sales and account management activities in our healthcare business. From our headquarters in Heidelberg and your home office, you will work with our international team of Healthcare Sales Consultants and Sales Leadership Team to achieve targets, ensure profitability and grow the business.

You will be responsible for recurring administrative tasks and participate in lead generation activities. Together with our Healthcare Sales Consultants, you’ll shape our approach to better target our prospects and potential customers. Onboarding and training will take place at our headquarters in Heidelberg.

This role is unique at Mint Medical in that it is exceptionally varied. One day you’ll be working with the team in a workshop to develop a new sales strategy, the next you’ll be analyzing our current CRM data or contacting radiologists to pitch our latest innovative software solution. It’s always exciting, giving you the chance to explore and expand your own capabilities in this fast-paced field. On the day-to-day, you can expect to:

  • Engage and build meaningful relationships with our Healthcare Sales Consultants and Sales Leadership Team
  • Ensure ongoing network expansion and lead generation to win new customers
  • Participate in our quote generation and review process as well as order entry process
  • Create reports for GM and Sales Leadership based on our CRM data to derive forecasts and sales strategies
  • Help in the preparation for national and international fairs and congresses

We’re looking for someone who balances self-sufficiency and drive with great interpersonal skills to really bring our Healthcare Sales Team forward. Ideally, you should have:

  • Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s study program at a German University
  • A high level of enthusiasm
  • Willingness to learn
  • A deep sense of commitment and initiative
  • A personable, engaging demeanor, ready to engage in personal interaction with sales prospects
  • Mandatory fluency in German and English, additional languages are considered as a plus
