a Working Student in the Founders’ Office to join our dynamic team at deskbird. If you’re a
curious, analytical self-starter who loves turning insights into action - across customer research, data models, and AI - this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
In this role you will
- Build and maintain decision-ready data models that power company-wide choices
- Run customer research (desk research, interviews synthesis) to surface actionable insights

Evaluate and implement AI tools to automate internal workflows and boost efficiency
- Create investor-ready presentations & decision docs for the founders
- Drive cross-functional projects across Product, Ops, and GTM
What you need to be successful
- Currently a Master’s student in Finance, Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and confidence with numbers/data modeling

Tech affinity and excitement for AI-powered tooling

Structured, fast learner, and proactively driving outcomes

Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
- Hands-on exposure through internships in data/ops/finance/consulting is a bonus
