Working Student - Field Operations (f/m/x)

Your mission

• Acting as the quality control gate between outsourced projects with service partners and service providers by checking maintenance reports and escalating issues internally.
• Maintaining, creating and overseeing deficiencies related to outsourced activities and assign over to respective internal recipients when needed.
• Support in requesting and following up on purchase requests.
• Maintaining and resolving third-party customer created challenges effectively and transferring them to internal teams.
• Assisting in managing day-to-day operational activities of our high-power charging network.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation of correct and up to date processes.
• Act as a data control gate, by ensuring accuracy and overseeing implementation of critical data.
• Communicating with external partners by providing information about new infrastructure. 

Your profile

• Enrolled Master's student in Engineering, business, economics, management, business informatics, or a comparable field.
• Good foundational technical understanding is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
• Very good analytical and structuring skills with the ability to break down complex topics
• Solid fundamentals in projectmanagement.
• GoodMicrosoft skills with the ability to work with KPIs and data analysis.
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working, combined with a proactive mindset.
• Very good communication skills in English (German is a plus).
• Availability for approx. 6-12 months, part-time (around 20h/week).
