Working Student (f/m/d) in Event Marketing

For our Marketing department, we are looking for a Working Student (f/m/d) in Event Marketing as soon as possible:

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and execution of events, including logistics, venue research, shipments, booth materials, and on-site organization.
• Prepare event documentation such as briefs, debriefs, run sheets, and material lists.
• Support communication and coordination with suppliers and agencies.
• Manage event-related documentation, file organization, and updates in shared systems.
• Help prepare presentations, event briefs, and internal updates.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
• First experience in event organization, marketing, or student-led initiatives is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and comfort interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility and openness to occasionally support on-site during events.
